Cancellation Policy for
Dr. Jain's Eye Clinic

Cancellation Notice:
We require at least 4-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to other patients in need.

Late Cancellations and No-Shows:
If you cancel less than 4 hours before your appointment or do not show up, a cancellation fee of 50% will be applied to your account.

Repeated Cancellations:
Patients who cancel or miss appointments frequently (more than 2 times) may be required to pre-pay for future appointments.

Exceptions:
We understand that emergencies happen. If you are unable to attend due to an emergency, please inform us as soon as possible. We will consider waiving the cancellation fee on a case-by-case basis.
